We're getting married!

It all began back in 2016 when I was a junior in high school. Sean's cousin and I were on the same high school cheer team. One day, she posted a photo of him on social media. I remember seeing it and thinking, "Wow, he’s really cute!" I followed him right then and there, not knowing that it would lead to something so incredible. A few days later, I liked one of his photos on Instagram, and to my surprise, he messaged me! I’ll never forget how it felt getting that message from him—my heart skipped a beat, and from there, we began talking more and more. It felt so easy, like we’d known each other for a long time. Our first official date was to the movies. I remember being so nervous but excited at the same time. Sean was such a gentleman—until, on the way home, he accidentally blew a red light while driving me back! It was one of those moments that could’ve been awkward, but it just made me laugh, and I knew from then on, this was something special. Now, here's a funny tidbit: Sean didn’t want to ask me out on April 1st because it was April Fool’s Day. He didn’t want me to think he was playing a prank on me! So, instead, we started dating on April 2nd, 2016—our anniversary that we’ll always celebrate, because it’s the day that marked the start of forever. A decade later, here we are. We’ve built a beautiful life together, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the love and joy Sean brings into my life every single day. We’ve created a family that I cherish deeply—our sweet playful dog, Kali, and the second love of my life, our son Miles. They’ve filled our home with so much love, and our hearts with so much joy. It’s amazing how one simple photo and a few messages could lead to the life we share today. I never imagined when I followed Sean on Instagram, it would lead to the love of my life.
