Francesca and Gamal’s story began in 2017, on the night of Gamal’s 30th birthday. Francesca couldn’t believe he was really turning 30. “No way,” she thought, “he looks 20!” That spark led to a conversation that never really ended, and from that night on, they were inseparable.
Their love, however, wasn’t without challenges. From long-distance between Rome and Virginia, to two years in Salisbury while Gamal worked in the city, and then a global pandemic, life threw plenty their way. Even their first apartment came with its share of hilarious misadventures.
But through it all, laughter and love carried them forward. They survived distance, quarantine, and questionable roommates, and today they’re ready to celebrate their love, surrounded by family, friends, and a future of adventures together.
