What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm at Seatuck Cove House. If you are taking the provided guest transportation, please plan on being ready to leave by the scheduled departure times listed below: 1: Hotel Indigo - 4:00pm 2.Ocean View Terrace Inn - 4:00pm 3.Quogue Club -4:15pm 4.Seabreeze Motel- 4:30pm If you plan on driving directly to the ceremony, please arrive no later than 4:45pm.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors at the Galvin's private residence.

How are you addressing COVID concerns?

Answer

We have sent an updated note to all our guests regarding our COVID safety measures for our wedding weekend. If you did not receive this note, please contact Mary or Mike directly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is Black-Tie. Ladies can wear a formal gown or floor-length dress, and the gentlemen should wear a tux.

Which airports should I arrive into? What are the travel times to/from the airports?

Answer

Below are the airports we recommend flying into. Below are estimated travel times: 1. MacArthur Airport (regional, Long Island): 30 to 45 minutes to recommended guest hotels 2. JFK (International Airport, Queens): 1 hour 15 mins to 1 hour 45 mins to recommended guest hotels 3. LaGuardia (International Airport, Queens): 1 hour 15 mins to 1 hour 45 mins to recommended guest hotels

Will transportation/parking be available for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided from guest hotels to Seatuck Cove House where the ceremony and reception will be held. There will also be valet parking for guests who choose to drive to the wedding directly.

Will I need a car?

Answer

While transportation will be provided to and from guest hotels to the Welcome Dinner and Wedding, if you are flying in from out of town, we recommend you rent a car. Uber/Lyft is readily available at NY airports; however, renting a car is typically the more economical option given the travel time to/from all airports and if you plan on exploring the Hamptons. Where can I enjoy a day at the beach?

Answer

There are public beaches in the Town of Riverhead & the Town of Southampton (Westhampton Beach and Hampton Bays.) Almost all require a daily parking permit and certain beaches were not allowing non-resident visitors during 2020 (due to COVID-19).
