Once invitations are sent, please RSVP using the “RSVP” tab in the site header. You will be asked to confirm your attendance for both the welcome party and the wedding day.
Please RSVP as soon as possible, and no later than January 10, 2027.
We’d love to see our family & friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code for the ceremony and reception on Saturday is formal attire. Women may wear floor-length or midi formal dresses, and men may wear a suit and tie. Please refrain from wearing white.
Children are invited only if they are listed on your invitation. If your child is invited, your invitation will be addressed accordingly.
Plus ones are invited only if they are listed on your invitation. If a plus one has been extended, your invitation will be addressed to “Your Name & Guest.” Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed. Thank you for understanding.
We recommend arriving on Wednesday to allow enough time for travel, the drive to the resort, and time to settle in before the weekend’s events begin. We understand this may not be possible for everyone. If you plan to attend the welcome party and are arriving on Thursday, we recommend taking an early morning flight to ensure you arrive in time.
We recommend reserving your hotel room as soon as possible. While a room block has been secured, the resort has a limited number of rooms on property, and we want to ensure accommodations are available for all guests.
March is typically warm and sunny in Panama. Lightweight, breathable fabrics are recommended for daytime events and evenings.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.
We recommend making reservations, as restaurants on property can become busy. Reservations can be made at check-in.
