Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump

We have a room block at this hotel so please take advantage of our discounted rates! This is also where we will be having our Welcome Cocktails on 10/4. You can contact the hotel directly and ask for the "Danielle Galloway Room Block" or book online through the link shared (click VIEW below). Our room block expires on Friday, September 13th at 5:00 PM EST! If you do not book by this date, you will have to pay full price for your room. Our room block rates are $179/night without taxes- if you are seeing different prices listed, please let Danielle know so she can get in touch with the hotel. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM EST and check-out time is 12:00 PM EST. The Hilton does offer overnight parking for $10/night.

Shuttle From the Hilton to the Estate for Ceremony

October 5, 2024 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

3 buses will be arriving at the Hilton for a 2:30/2:45PM pickup time and a 2:45/3:00PM departure time. We will also be having those buses escort guests back to the hotel at 9:00PM and 10:00PM.

Travel Note

Driving to the Estate

Ample parking will be available at the Estate of River Run. Your car can be left there over night as long as it is retrieved by 11AM on October 6th. It is about a 25-30 minute drive from the Short Pump Hilton Hotel.
