We met online. I made a profile out of peer pressure from my friends. Mitch made one and felt he would meet someone special. We were both interested in each other after our first date. We went out again and realized this was something special. We talked for hours and neither one of us wanted to leave. It was after our second date we both knew we wanted a future with each other.

One day Mitch wanted to go look at engagement rings, he had a feeling we were going to find the perfect one that day. We found a stone and setting that we both loved and decided to have the ring made. Mitch kept teasing me that I was going to have to wait months for the proposal, but also told me I should get my nails done. The day we picked up the ring we decided to go on a hike. I was unaware that Mitch had put the ring in his pocket. After hiking to the perfect spot Mitch got down on one knee, took the ring out of his pocket, and asked me to marry him. I immediately said "Yes," and we were engaged!
