Question

How do I rsvp?

Answer

You can simply click the "RSVP" tab above and indicate whether you are able to attend at any time before June 1, 2026. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate late RSVP's and your presence will be greatly missed!

What if I can't make it?

We will miss you! Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have worked hard to keep our celebration intimate. If your Invitation includes a plus one, they will be listed on your RSVP. We wish we could invite everyone!

What time should we arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony location 30 minutes early to allow time to grab a drink and find your seat! Please note that we are about half an hour from Lloydminster, Lashburn and Maidstone so please allow time for the commute.

Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

Please take this opportunity to look and feel your best! We recommend flowy fabrics in earthy tones or floral prints for the ladies and a soft, rustic feel. For the men, button-down shirts paired with dark denim or dress pants are a great option. Cowboy boots are also welcome. Are Children Welcome?

Answer

Children are more than welcome, and their names will be listed on your RSVP. We will have activities prepared to occupy the littles!

Will we be outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors if the weather permits, so please dress accordingly. The weather in July is usually quite hot, but it tends to cool down a bit in the evening. Our reception will be held indoors.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

We will have a toonie bar at both the ceremony and reception venues. Please plan accordingly and drink responsibly!

Parking/designated drivers?

Answer

We will have designated drivers heading to Lloydminster and Maidstone after the midnight lunch and at the end of the night. If you chose to use the shuttle service, you will be responsible for getting yourself home/to your hotel from the drop off locations. If you choose to drive yourself, we highly recommend travelling in groups. There is parking available at both venues. If you need a taxi from the drop off location in Lloydminster, we recommend Co-op Taxi - (587) 701-7771
