All wedding events will be at Blenheim Hill Farm, which is located in the Catskills, about 60 miles from Albany, New York; 160 miles from New York City; and 360 miles from Washington, D.C.
Our venue is requiring that all guests age 4 and up provide either proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours before the wedding. The easiest way to verify your status is to please complete the Google Form (shared via email) and upload an image or PDF of your vaccine card or negative test result. If you have any questions, concerns or trouble completing the form, please feel free to contact us.
Cocktail attire is appropriate for the ceremony and reception, but be sure to dress for fall weather in upstate New York. You'll be walking on grass, so wear comfortable shoes. For the Welcome Drinks reception on Friday, please feel free to wear casual clothes.
There is plenty of parking at the venue for those who wish to drive themselves.
Yes. On Saturday, we will provide shuttle service from the Hampton Inn Oneonta and a few other locations. Contact us for details. Please note: We do not have a shuttle available on Friday for the Welcome Drinks reception.
While you might get lucky and find a ride or two, Uber and Lyft are not readily availabile near the venue. Please don't hesitate to contact us with specific questions about transportation options.
In addition to guests, proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test will be required of all venue staff (coordinators, caterers, food servers) and vendors (photographer, DJ) – basically anyone you might interact with at the venue during the weekend. We are planning/hoping for an outdoor wedding ceremony and cocktail hour (weather permitting) and an indoor dinner/reception/dancing in the farm's barn. In the event of rain, snow, extreme cold or bad weather, we'll do everything in the barn. Throughout the weekend, we also plan/hope to take advantage of the barn's outdoor patio and the farm's outdoor space as much as possible. The barn has a capacity of up to 250 guests, but we are expecting approximately 110 attendees (including children). While we're not sure what will be required/advisable in terms of masking, social distancing and whatever else, our hope is that anyone who is vaccinated (and feels comfortable) will not be asked to mask.
