We're getting married!

Although they had known of each other, and have had some conversations here and there, they never thought much of it until they saw each other at a classmates party. Kenya went to the party with two friends, but while she was there she felt out of place so she walked towards the back of the party and that was where Vicente was. She went to sit next to him, and at that moment they both knew there was something different. Everything they talked about that night came out naturally. After that night they never lost touch, and now we are here!

Vicente and Kenya planned a trip to Colorado Springs at the end of January. Vicente invited his parents and Kenya’s parents to join them. Once they got there, they planned to snowboard on Saturday in Breckenridge. Saturday came and they went snowboarding, but they stopped to take pictures in between the trees. As everyone took pictures of them, Vicente got down on one knee. Kenya was left speechless and filled with so much happiness. She said "YES" with tears running down her face and everyone else's face. They were engaged! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Imperial!
