As we bring together our loved ones from Pittsburgh, Eastern Virginia, and everywhere in between, our wedding will be a destination celebration for everyone we hold dear. We will be exchanging vows on a Monday morning, and we invite you to join us for a full, unhurried weekend at Berry Hill Resort in South Boston, Virginia. Set on land that has welcomed guests since 1728, Berry Hill is centered around a grand Greek Revival mansion completed in the early 1840s and celebrated as one of the finest examples of its kind in the country. Its timeless architecture and storied past create a setting that feels both intimate and enduring, making it the perfect place for our wedding weekend to unfold. Tucked into the quiet beauty of rural Southern Virginia, Berry Hill feels delightfully removed from the pace of everyday life while offering so much to enjoy. Guests can unwind at the spa, indoor pool, and sauna, or spend time on the pickleball courts, tennis court, or basketball court, with racquets and balls available at the front desk. Scenic hiking and biking trails wind through the property, and lawn games invite slow afternoons outdoors, turning the weekend into a celebration that feels as restorative as it is joyful. A room block has also been reserved for our guests at the resort. To receive the group rate, please book directly through Berry Hill using the group attendee code GARE. Rooms available include a Queen Room ($145/night) and a Double Room ($155/night). Reservations can be made by calling 434-517-7000 or by booking online through the resort website and selecting “Special Code” → “Group Attendee Code” and typing in code GARE. Please note that reservations made through third-party sites will not be included in the room block or receive the discounted rate.
