Our son, our pride and joy, and the real boss of this whole wedding. Forget “ring bearer”—he’s been promoted to Man of Honor. As James’ stepson (though around here “step” doesn’t really count), he pulls double duty as both the ultimate sidekick and the built-in comic relief. He’s the kid who keeps us laughing, keeps us grounded, and keeps reminding us that snacks are more important than stress. Honestly, he’s everyone’s favorite (we’ve accepted it), and he knows it. The definition of ride or die. She’s been there through all the ups, downs, plot twists, and late-night “am I being dramatic?” rants—and she’s always been firmly Team Kelsey. Kaley is the kind of friend who will hype you up, defend you without hesitation, and then make you laugh so hard you forget what you were mad about. As Matron of Honor, she’s not just standing beside Kelsey—she’s proof that true friendship can handle it all and still come out stronger (sparkling water in hand). Also, fair warning: she will 100% cry during her toast, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Best Man
James’ long-distance brother-from-another-mother. He may live in Maryland, but the second he and James see each other, it’s like no time has passed—straight back to inside jokes, questionable ideas, and a beer in hand. He’s loyal, hilarious, and the ultimate partner-in-crime. Basically, if something wild happens at the reception, chances are Scotty was involved (or dared James to do it).

The 444 tattoo twin, soul sister, and ultimate hype queen. She’s the keeper of secrets, the one who knows exactly when to cheer you on and when to keep it real. She’s Nathan’s godmom (aka family for life) and one of Kelsey’s forever people—someone this day simply wouldn’t feel complete without.

She’s been by Kelsey’s side since they were 15, which means she’s basically earned a lifetime achievement award in patience. Not only is she standing up as a bridesmaid, but she’s also our officiant—aka the brave soul trusted to make this official. The cool, calm, and collected stepbrother… though the “step” doesn’t really matter in this family. He fits right in as if he’s always been there, bringing an easygoing energy that balances out the wild side of the group. Honestly, his chillness is probably the only reason half the guys won’t lose their ties (or shoes) before the night is over. Josh proves that family is way more about love than last names.
