FAQs

Question

When is my RSVP due / How do I RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs should be submitted through the "RSVP" tab on this website, which will lead guests directly to the correct page. RSVPs are due by August 15th to give the couple time to communicate their final headcount to necessary vendors.

Question

What if I know I cannot attend?

Answer

If guests are unable to attend - regardless of whether they have already RSVP'd - the couple kindly asks to be informed at the earliest convenience. We ask that you still RSVP "No" if you know in advance that you are unable to attend!

Question

Who is invited to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The guests specifically named on the invitation are warmly invited to both the ceremony and reception. The couple has intentionally chosen to keep their guest list small in order to create a more personal and intimate celebration. Each person holds a meaningful place in the couples lives, and their presence is truly cherished.

Question

Is this an infant/baby/child/teenager-free event?

Answer

The children specifically named on the invitation are warmly invited to both the ceremony and reception. We have chosen to have only children of the family specifically to allow for friends to take a night off and have some fun!

Question

Will bar service be available during the event?

Answer

Open bar will be available from 5 - 10pm! Please be mindful of arranging alternative transportation home, as we want everyone to enjoy the celebration and get home safely.

Question

What is the dress code (besides avoiding white and not wearing jeans)?

Answer

The couple requests semi-formal attire! Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be held outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, however the area is covered in case of any weather! The reception is indoors.

Question

Can guests take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

The couple kindly asks if guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as they have hired professionals to capture these moments so guests can be fully present. Photos and videos are welcome during cocktail hour and the reception.
