Ceremony

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
We will have a printout of the ceremony with hymns and readings for you to follow along with. This is just a ceremony rather than a mass, so no Eucharist will be given out. Deacon Keith Walcutt will preside over the ceremony and music will be played by Jason Falkofsky and City6Strings. We will have a professional photographer and videographer so we ask that this be an unplugged ceremony. We will have bubbles for an exit at the end of the ceremony and we can't wait to see you there! Transportation: Parking is very limited. We suggest carpooling and arriving early as you will likely need to find street parking.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

When you enter Windows on the River, go to the right on the first floor to enter the Cleveland Aquarium for cocktail hour. Cocktail Hour and the reception will both have an open bar. Transportation: For those staying at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown there will be a shuttle going back and forth to the cocktail hour/reception (see Travel tab for more details). For those driving, there is a paid parking lot which will be prepaid for our guests. Uber and Lyft are also available.

Our reception will be on the third floor of the building, so follow instructions after the cocktail hour. Food will be plated and there will be an open bar. On your invitations, we will ask that you fill out your meal preferences. Remember to bring your dancing shoes because we want everyone out on the dance floor! We can't wait to have an unforgettable night with all of you!
