What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. There is also set number the venue will allow for this event and we cannot exceed that number. Thank you for understanding!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be taking place at the same location: Vesuvius Vinyeards!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. However, they are both covered by a roof (Incase you’re worried about rain).

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests will head to cocktail hour in front of the manor house where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. You can RSVP on this site, under the RSVP tab!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. This ensures everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park?

Answer

There is a designated parking area when you turn into the venue, you can't miss it! There is plenty of space for parking and your car CAN be left overnight. If you plan on drinking, please be responsible, leave your car and Uber home!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

You can RSVP online! Please respond by August 20th.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #GalenNolesBest so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
