What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before 4 pm; the ceremony will start strictly at 4 pm.

Can kids come to the wedding?

Answer

This is an adults only celebration and we have limited our kids' invites to immediate family members only. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please refer to what your invitation includes. We have only made arrangements for those we have included in your invite. Thank you for understanding!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Go to the RSVP up in the column options and type in your first and last name. Follow the steps, and you should be good to go. Please RSVP: we will be relying on these numbers to finalize our plans for the big day. RSVPs are changeable. We understand life happens. Please update if needed.

Is there phone reception at the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no reception. We will be partying up in the mountains! There is WiFi so please feel free to ask what the wifi info is. We are told the WiFi connection is strong, but I would highly suggest arranging Uber/Lyft in advance if you are not taking your personal car.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal and cocktail attire are required. Do not wear a white, off-white dress or a dark gray/charcoal suit... *hint, hint bride and groom colors*. Wear comfy dress shoes, chunky heels, flats, or wedges, and bring spares if needed. We plan to do a lot of dancing! PSA do NOT wear stiletto type heels, stick to heels that are chunky.

Will this event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We will be having an all-outdoor event; both the ceremony and reception will be outside. If you are prone to getting allergies, please come prepared with some Benadryl! This beautiful venue is surrounded by nature, and don’t forget sweaters for the nighttime.

How is the parking situation?

Answer

Parking will be visible outside the venue upon arrival. There will be a staff member from the venue guiding everybody in the right direction—no fee for parking.

Will there be open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be and do drink responsibly! We do plan to keep you all hydrated and fed throughout the whole time :)
