Is there a dress code?

When should I confirm my attendance by?

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by November 15th so we can save you a seat (and a slice of cake!).

Are kids allowed?

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of a few children in the bridal party. We hope you’ll join us for a night of fun and relaxation — kid-free!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for valet, finding your seat, and getting settled. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30, so please plan to arrive by 5:15 to avoid missing any special moments. Complimentary valet parking will be available at the venue for your convenience.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely! Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP via our website. You can also email our venue coordinator, Caroline, directly at caroline@themayohotel.com — she’ll be happy to assist with any special requests.

Is there an open bar?

Yes! We’ll have an open bar available during the reception, so come ready to enjoy some drinks, celebrate, and raise a glass with us. Please drink responsibly — and don’t forget to grab a signature cocktail!
