How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP online by going to the “RSVP” link in the menu above. Alternatively, you can send your RSVP card in the mail.

What is the latest date I can RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP by August 1st. Please note that if you would like to stay in our discounted block of rooms at the Wellsworth Hotel in Southbridge, MA you will need to reserve your room by July 8th. You can find more information about this under the “Travel” section of our website.

What are the meal options?
Answer
Dinner will be served buffet style, so there is no need to submit a meal preference. Guests will be able to choose from chicken, fish, and steak. There will be vegetarian, vegan and Gluten Free options as well.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail/semi-formal attire is requested. Please note that the ceremony will take place out on the lawn, if weather permits. The reception will be located out on the porch under a tent.

Yes! We will have lawn games and coloring books to entertain our youngest guests.

Where should I stay?

We have arranged a discounted block of rooms at the Wellsworth Hotel in Southbridge. There are also several other hotels in the area. Details and links can be found in the “Travel” section of our website.

What about transportation?
Answer
If you are staying at the Wellsworth Hotel, there will be a shuttle bus to transport guests from the hotel to the venue. The bus will leave the Wellsworth Hotel at 4:30 pm and arrive at the venue by 5:10 pm. The ceremony will commence at 5:30. The returning bus will leave the venue at 10:15 pm to arrive back at the Wellsworth Hotel by 10:50 pm. There is also ample parking spaces at the venue if guests choose to drive themselves.
