We plan to have the ceremony and reception at High Camp. If there is inclement weather in the forecast, we will change the wedding and reception venue location to Olympic Village Lodge. This may occur within as little as 24 hours before the start of the wedding ceremony depending on weather conditions. Please do keep an eye on our webpage to get the most up to date information on our event. The Olympic Village Lodge is located adjacent to the Village at Squaw Valley, behind the PlumpJack Inn. There is no need to make alternate travel arrangements to reach Olympic Valley Lodge if we are unable to have the wedding at High Camp.
