Women: knee-length to midi style dresses of elegant fabric with colors typically harmonious with the current season (Spring), avoiding pale yellow or florals with largely white bases; paired with classy wedges, heels, or dressy sandals/flats
Men: tailored suit with or without matching tie OR slacks with coordinated button-up and sports coat; paired with neutral or dark-colored dress shoes, avoiding sneakers or sandals
