Question
Who is invited to welcome drinks the night before the wedding?
Answer
Welcome drinks are for the wedding party and out of town guests only. We look forward to celebrating with all of our Buffalo friends and family at the Wedding on Saturday!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
When you RSVP online there will be an opportunity to tell us any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is free parking available onsite at the Avanti Mansion.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Shuttles will be provided, picking guests up from the Westin, Embassy Suites and Hampton Inn and dropping off at the same hotels after the reception.

I don't see any rooms available in the room block, should I just book rooms at the normal rate?
Answer
We have a limited number of rooms blocked off at each of the hotels. If the room blocks appear to be full, feel free to contact us and we can work with the hotels to try to get more rooms added.

Am I allowed to bring a guest?
Answer
If you received a plus one, you will see the option to RSVP for 2 people under your name when you RSVP online. Please refrain from inviting an extra guest on your own behalf.

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The shuttles will arrive at the venue around 4pm, which is when we recommend other guests arrive as well. This will give you time to enjoy a quick drink and find seating before the ceremony begins at 4:30pm. We ask that guests do not arrive before 4pm as the staff will be setting up our ceremony and reception areas.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal attire - suit and tie, tuxedo, fancy cocktail dress, mid to floor-length gown, dressy jumpsuit.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will take place in a tent that will be open air. Never fear - we have contingency plans if there are weather issues.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be an open bar for the cocktail hour and reception with beer, wine and liquor.
