The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 o’clock, please arrive no later than 3:45 to ensure you won't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat.
Yes, there is on-site parking at our ceremony and reception venue. Feel free to carpool as able. However, we will be providing transportation so be sure to check out the transportation page for more information. Please plan accordingly to have a safe ride home. As a last resort cars can be left overnight at the venue, but have to be picked up promptly the next day no later than 7:30am. We want all guests to be safe!
Yes, near the main venue building there are reserved parking spots.
We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in cocktail attire or formal optional attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this in account when choosing your heels. Reception will he held indoors.
If your guest name is listed on your invite, and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thanks for your understanding as we have a strict guest list to stay within the venue's capacity.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of some members of our immediate family. We encourage you to use this night as a date night!

During the cocktail hour we will have various appetizers. We are offering pasta, salad, and bread during the reception. We will accommodate food allergies or diet restrictions. Please notate on the RSVP page.
We will be providing beer, wine, and soda by the glass during the duration of the cocktail hour. During the reception it will transition to a cash bar.
If we do not get a RSVP back by August 1st 2025, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest count to our venue and vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we can't accept late RSPV's, we hope that you understand!
