When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 8th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions & will have to mark you as ‘no.’ We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venues capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You’ll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you are invited to the ceremony please arrive between 4:00 PM & 4:15 PM to allow enough time for parking & seating before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. If you are coming to cocktail hour & the reception you may arrive at 5:00 PM.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family, in which they will be listed in the invitation. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones & cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer, videographer, & allocated individuals capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos & videos as you like.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a bride & groom signature drink, beer, and wine during the cocktail hour & dinner (while supplies last). You are welcome to BYOB as well, just no hard liquor or glass bottles (only cans). We want you to have the best time, so drinks on us, but hangover on you ;)

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, plan for the ceremony outside & reception inside. Please dress appropriately depending on the weather.

Is there parking at the ceremony location?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking & if you need assistance from the parking lot, there is a shuttle.
