When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on the website by February 20th, 2026.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking at the venue! There is also handicap parking at the venue. If any cars are left at the venue once it closes, they can be picked up the next day at 7am when the gates open.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

No there is not an open bar BUT there is a cash bar. We recommend bringing cash with you as the venue does not have an ATM and there is a 4% charge on debt and credit cards.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have a food allergy and the venue will prepare a separate plate for you, to avoid any cross contamination.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

If unexpected rain arrives on our wedding day, we have a seamless backup plan. Our ceremony will smoothly transition indoors to our beautiful venue, ensuring that our special moment remains magical and uninterrupted. The reception will continue as planned indoors, keeping all the joy and celebration on track.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 11am. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
