For those of you who don’t know, we met while working at Sushi Pier. We were hired around the same time. Jake as a busser and Gage as a hostess. After months of back-and-forth flirting, Gage finally decided she had to make the first move… and here we are now. From there, our relationship turned into a whirlwind of laughter, concerts, and adventures. Along the way, we’ve shared dreams, faced challenges, and lived through countless little moments that have shaped us, both individually and together, into who we are today. Getting Luna was our first big step together. Gage had been looking at dogs for months when a friend got a call about a litter of puppies. Jake was very persistent that Gage should not get a dog… but Gage being Gage, she was going to do it anyway. When we went to see the puppies, only a few days old with their eyes still closed, we instantly fell in love. As Jake held Luna in the palm of his hands, he said, “The only way you can get a dog is if you get this one.” A month later, Luna came home with Gage at just four and a half weeks old. Now, we can’t imagine life without our happy little old lady. As many of you know, concerts are one of our favorite things to do together. From big festivals to small hole-in-the-wall venues. Whether we’re with friends, family, or just the two of us, some of our favorite memories have been made at shows, always chasing good music and a good time. Over the last 11 years, we’ve been through so much together. We’ve grown, changed, and learned what it truly means to choose each other every day. We are endlessly grateful for everyone who has supported and loved us through every chapter of our lives. We cannot wait to celebrate the next chapter of our story with the people who mean the most to us. 🤍
