Question

Is there a wedding dress code?

Answer

Colorful dresses and cocktail attire encouraged! Suits are optional. No denim. Come prepared to dance the night away. We are celebrating!

Question

What are transportation options for the wedding?

Answer

*Driving/Carpooling* Copper Mountain Chapel to 10-Mile Event Hall is around a 15-minute drive. Parking is available at both Copper Mountain Chapel and 10-Mile Event Hall. Cars cannot be left overnight at either location. Frisco will tow vehicles parked on the street after 2 AM. If you are staying close to 10-Mile Event Hall, you may want to drive to Copper Mountain Chapel. After the ceremony, drive back to your rental/hotel and walk to 10-Mile Event Hall. -------------------------- *Bus/Shuttle (free option)* Coming to the ceremony: There are two great Summit Stage options that arrive at the Woodward stop at 3:15 PM & 3:46 PM. It is a short walk to the Copper Mountain Chapel. Upon arrival, walk to the right (further into village) and you will see chapel across the street. The pre-ceremony cocktails begin at 3:15 PM. Leaving the ceremony: We will have sprinter vans available to take guests to 10-Mile Event Hall. Depending on how many people take advantage of vans, some guests may have to wait for vans to make a second trip. We will keep refreshments out until we have everyone on the road— Think of it as your own mini cocktail hour :). -------------------------- *Rideshare* Lyfts and Ubers are available in the area.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the Copper Mountain Chapel (ceremony site). There is a lot next to 10-Mile Event Hall (reception site) as well. Please note, cars cannot be left overnight. The city will tow cars left on street after 2 AM. We will have a shuttle option between Copper Mountain Chapel and 10-Mile Event Hall. See question above for more details.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Welcome Cocktails on the evening of Thursday, June 27th. We are also planning an activity, likely a hike and a hang at a local brewery, on Saturday, June 29th. More details to come. We will be staying the entire weekend, so our hope is to spend time outside of the wedding with everyone.

Question

What should I wear to Welcome Cocktails?

Answer

No specific dress code. We would recommend something that you would wear out to a nice dinner. It does get a bit chilly at night, so you may want to bring a light jacket.

Question

What are transportation options for Welcome Cocktails?

Answer

Free parking is available at the Beeler Lot at Copper Mountain. We recommend taking an Uber/Lyft or the Summit Stage (free bus), that arrives and departs on the hour. Summit Stage stops at Passage Point at 8:00 PM. Welcome Cocktails begin at 8:00 PM. Upon arrival walk across the street to the village entrance. You will see the restaurant on the right. To return, the bus leaves Passage Point on the hour. Last bus leaves at 12:00 AM. To determine where to meet the bus from your rental/hotel, we recommend using google maps and selecting public transportation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, the reception is a kid-free event.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Check out our travel page for local hotels and thoughts on areas to look for vacation rentals.
