~30 min away From Pisa Centrale train station (a short walk or taxi from the terminal), direct regional trains to Lucca run frequently and take about 30 minutes. You can also take a taxi from the airport to Lucca.

~1.5 hrs Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci Airport is small and sometimes limited on routes. From there, take a taxi or bus to Florence Santa Maria Novella station, then a direct train to Lucca (~1.5 hrs total). Alternatively, some connections go via Pisa.

~3-3.5 hours Drive via the A1 autostrada north toward Florence, then the A11 toward Lucca/Pisa. Rome has two airports FCO and CIA, both with flights to Pisa (PSA), with the flight itself only ~1 hr. You can also take a high-speed Frecciarossa or Italo train from the Roma Termini, changing at Florence Santa Maria Novella for a regional train to Lucca (~1.5 hrs to Florence + 1.5 hrs onward).
