Is there a dress code?

The Welcome Party attire is 'Date Night Casual' -- think elevated but relaxed (To give you an idea, Ryan is wearing dark jeans, a nice sweater, and boots) The Wedding is 'Formal' attire -- think nice suits and midi to floor-length dresses

Where should I stay?

Answer

We encourage guests to stay at The Woodstock Inn under our room block. You’ll find the link under the Where to Stay tab. The ceremony, reception, and after-party will all take place at the Inn. We’ve also listed a few nearby hotels, and there are other charming inns in and around town if you prefer to stay elsewhere.

Will there be transportation?

On Friday night, we’ll have shuttles running between The Woodstock Inn and The Shire to Saskadena Six Ski Lodge: - Departing The Shire @ 6:45PM - Departing The Woodstock Inn @ 6:55PM - There will be shuttles running back every 30 minutes starting at 9PM, with the last one at 10:30PM Please give us a heads-up if you will be running late on Friday and we can accommodate with a second round of shuttle departures. On Saturday night, shuttles will run from The Shire to The Woodstock Inn: - Depart The Shire @ 4PM - There will be shuttles running back to The Shire starting at 10PM Please note your accommodations on the RSVP so we can plan shuttle headcounts.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony begins around 4:30 PM. For the early birds, the ceremony space opens at 4:00 PM — with drinks waiting!

Will there be food and alcohol at the Welcome Party?

Answer

Yes! There will be food and open bar -- so come hungry!

Is there anything planned for Sunday?

Answer

No! So feel free to get up and get home for the Super Bowl. If you're hanging around, The Woodstock Inn has a great breakfast buffet or we recommend Mon Vert Cafe right down the street.
