HOW DO I RSVP? WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Answer
To RSVP, please return the RSVP card with the information completed, that will come in your formal invitation, early 2024. Kindly RSVP before April 19, 2024. If you unfortunately are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at your soonest opportunity. We would greatly appreciate everyone adhering to this date, as final headcounts need to be given to vendors shortly after this deadline. We thank you for understanding!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Answer
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Answer
Due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invite to the children of close family and friends/or our wedding party.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Answer
Yes, there is a dress code. Formal attire is requested by the couple. For men, think suites, slacks, button-up shirts. Ties, sports coats and jackets are not required, but suggested. WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Answer
Both will be held outdoors, we recommend a light jacket for the evening. Daytime temperatures should be 75-80 and night time temps should drop into the 60's.

HOW DOES SEATING WORK?
Answer
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables, so our guests are sat with those in their family or closest to them.

WHAT DO I DO IF I'M LATE FOR THE CEREMONY?
Answer
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm, we recommend guests arrive between 4:00-4:15 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guest in, or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the cocktail hour and reception so hang tight, and we will see you at then! Thank you for understanding!

IS THERE PARKING AVAILBLE AT THE VENUE?
Answer
Yes, there is guest parking. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue and a parking attendant will direct you to the appropriate lot.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
Yes! Cocktail hour will consist of beer and wine only but the reception will have an open bar. Please plan accordingly and have a way to get to your hotel/home safely.
