Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

September 30th is the last day we will be accepting RSVPs.

Question

What if my child is over 10 years of age? Can I bring them to the reception?

Answer

Any child over the age of 10 will receive their own seat, but please let us know in advance so we can make proper arrangements.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free parking is available with plenty of space on a first come, first-serve basis.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The closest hotels near our venue are: -Hickory West Inn (2 min away) -Hampton Inn & Suites (13 min away) -SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Southwest at Burr Ridge/Hinsdale (14 min away) *If guests need immediate hotel accommodations, please contact us in advance so we have a better idea of how many room blocks we should hold off for you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not providing transportation due to the majority of our guests living in close proximity to the venues. We highly encourage rideshare services like Uber, Lyft, etc. or carpooling.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the reception is a black-tie event so please dress accordingly. No sneakers or jeans permitted.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! If you need special accommodations due to dietary restrictions, please let us know. Vegetarian and vegan options will be provided as well.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We encourage guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to allow extra time to find parking and a comfortable seat.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Of course! Please let us know if you are bringing a guest(s) so we can add them to our list.

Question

Will there be assigned seating at the reception?

Answer

Yes, all guests who RSVP-ed will be arranged by table number. There will be 1-2 tables reserved for those who did not RSVP.

Question

Does black-tie dress code mean I have to wear black?

Answer

Not at all! Feel free to wear any color as long as it is formal.
