When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will be sending invitations out as soon as we are able, following the "Save the Date" announcements we hope you all received. When the invitation arrives, you can RSVP right away under the "RSVP" tab on this website. Please submit your RSVP by August 1st at the latest to help with our planning!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered with The Knot and Williams Sonoma, both registries are linked under the "Registry" tab of this website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

It would be best to aim to arrive 30 minutes before the official start time on the schedule, which can be found under the "Schedule" tab on this website. Plan to arrive at the Tivoli venue at 3:00pm, if possible.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless specifically stated on your invitation, please do not bring a plus-one! We have planned our wedding day for the number of guests on our invitation list, and no more.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! Assuming invitations are sent to include your entire family, all children are welcome. Please do not bring children that were not specifically invited, as we have planned our wedding day for the number of guests on our invitation list, and no more.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The wedding menu is family style and will feature multiple options to ensure everyone's dietary restrictions are accommodated.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free valet parking on-site with plenty of spaces at the ceremony/reception venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If enough guests are staying at the recommended "Pala Mesa Resort" where we have reserved a hotel block, we will likely book a shuttle to/from the wedding venue. If not, the accommodation is very close to the venue, parking is free, and Ubers/Lyfts are readily available in the area.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will send separate information for any additional events such as the rehearsal dinner to all invited family and friends. Otherwise, all events are listed under the "Schedule" tab of this website.
