Maid of Honor
"It's tough to pick just one memory, but I'd have to go with the year that I won Grand Champion Market Steer and Gaby won Reserve Grand Champion at the county fair. She was more nervous than anything that she would beat me and that I'd never speak to her again. I likely would have."

"My favorite memory of Aaron is when we lived in the same neighborhood and I could look out our back sliding door and see Aaron's garage door. If it was open and I saw either Aunt Co or Uncle Ron's car I would walk through the back yard to see Aaron and his fam whenever I wanted to!"

"Gaby and I became super close our soph. year of college and did absolutely everything together! One that really sticks out was our unforgettable spring break road trip to none other than South Padre Island. There were 5 of us doing the road trip together, but Gaby was my driving buddy which meant that if one of us was driving, the other had to be awake in the passenger seat regardless of the time of day, or how many hours we had been up. Gaby and I talked about everything under the sun, danced, chugged copious amounts of coffee, sang our favorite songs (very off tune), and somehow got even closer than we were before. That week I learned that if I ever need to do a 24h road trip with someone without falling asleep or getting bored, Gaby is the person to do it with!"

"I have several favorite memories - but here are a few! I unfortunately broke my leg during a soccer game when Aaron was born; after a couple of weeks I was able to travel to Iowa to meet and hold Aaron. When Aaron was a toddler I would go sit at the top of the basement stairs, shut the door and put my fingers under the door frame. Aaron would sit on the floor trying to touch my fingers and laugh and laugh. Some of my other favorite memories would be the vacations to New Smyrna Beach, and the time that I took the nieces and nephews to Orlando to go shopping at the outlets and meet some cousins for lunch - Aaron and Ryan acted like a couple of idiots, but we had a lot of fun together. Over the last several years any time Aaron would come to Peoria we were able to golf, stay up late watching sports or movies, talking, eating Avanti's. We would laugh and laugh until his Mommy (my sister) would tell us to go to bed. Christmas nights are always the best! I could go on and on!"

"My favorite memories with Gaby would be all of the adventures we had our freshman year at Drake! We met in our first year seminar class, and hit it off immediately. She introduced be to my first Pancheros burrito! Not many can say that! It has been an amazing journey with Gaby, and I have loved watching her relationship with Aaron grow. It is easy to say that Aaron and Gaby are the epitome of what a solid, supportive relationship looks like, and Whippy and I are grateful to have these two in our lives!"

"One of my favorite memories would be a few years ago (pre-pandemic) spending News Years with dinner at Aaron's favorite: Olive Garden, then just a relaxing evening of board games/cards to see in the new year! That, or a quality boys breakfast for an EPL morning!"

"My favorite memory of us is easily the summer before our senior year when we shared a tiny bedroom with twin beds that were an arms length apart. Truly one of the best summers with Gaby and Kass."

"Favorite memory has to be San Francisco trip, hitting up the Golden State Bridge, burritos in the Mission District, and Little Italy. Our trip to New York for the Champions Classic was definitely a fun time too."

"I could never pick just one memory to be my favorite - but I had the honor of sharing a bunk bed with Gaby throughout college and I'll always cherish our late night heart to hearts, belly laughs, and countless hugs."

"Favorite memory is quite difficult to narrow down. Trading barrages of movie quotes, chatting life, dominating sand volleyball, or all the margarita-movie-Mondays…all very worthy of being named favorites. The lads’ trips down to the Southwest for some golf & celebrations have been some of my favorite recent memories to date."
Bridesmaid
"My favorite memory would have to be smuggling soft pretzels in Gaby's backpack from the science center back to the summer camp that we worked at so that we could hide in the supply closet and snack."

"For my favorite memory I'd have to go with the time we ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, and as we were eating it decided that we were still hungry and ordered another one - the same delivery driver showed up 20 minutes later very confused."

"One of my favorite memories would be when Gaby and Aaron visited us in MN not long after they started dating (This was the first time that Gaby and I met). Within minutes I could see the spark between Aaron and Gaby, and just remember being so excited that Aaron had found Gaby! My favorite memory started that weekend, and continues every visit - including joining forces with Gaby to convince Aaron that they need a dog!"
Usher
"One of my favorite memories would be getting together with Aaron and Gaby for the Iowa vs Penn State game where Iowa game back to win in a top 5 football matchup! Great game, and even better tailgating spot and company!"

"There are so many college memories I don’t even know where to start. We were trouble makers and ALWAYS down to go out, even if it just meant the two of us. I don’t think there’s a mug night senior year we missed. Late nights in the Kappa Kitchen we’re always humorous, one of those times being when you dared me to dump a cup of water on your head for absolutely no reason. Of course, I did with no hesitation. This is a video that still circulates our college group chat. Oh and when I tried to self-teach myself how to do lash extensions and spent hundreds of dollars on supplies and spent HOURS practicing lashes on you, only for them to all fall off within 24 hours. (I gave up and never tried again)"

"One of my favorite memories with Aaron would have to be the time that we decided to reenact our parents in photos that they had taken before!"
