When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by November 8th, 2025, so we can finalize all the details with our venue and caterers.

What is the dress code?

Our wedding is formal. (Tux, Suit, Floor Length Gown, Formal Cocktail Dress)

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Historic Venue 1902 in Sanford, FL.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be both indoor and outdoor.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free valet/parking lot on site. There is also street parking.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we're keeping the celebration adults only so everyone can relax and enjoy themselves. If you are unsure, please reach out to us!

Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we'll be happy to accommodate!

Will transportation be provided?

We will have shuttle service between the hotel and the venue. Details and schedule are listed on the "Travel" page.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm, so we recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes early to find your seat and enjoy our live music.

What's the weather typically like in November?

Answer

In November, the weather is usually in the 70s during the day and 60s at night. Please check the forecast a few days before!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and cocktails. Cheers!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No!! Please keep your phones away during the ceremony!! Bring them out during cocktail hour and reception. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing all of the special moments- and I (gab) do not want your phone ruining the photos! :)
