Question

Is there parking and how do we get to the venue?

Answer

Parking is available at the bottom gate of the property. Valet shuttles will transport guests up the one-mile private hill to the ceremony and reception area. Clear signage will be posted, and staff will be available to guide you. Please plan to arrive anywhere from 2:30pm-3:00 to allow time for the shuttle. Important: Cell service is limited after turning onto New Almaden Road. We recommend downloading maps or directions in advance in case you lose signal.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same venue?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Macchiarella Estate, beginning with a welcoming pre-ceremony gathering for guests arriving between 2:30–3:00 PM, as we wait for everyone to be shuttled up to the estate. Enjoy light refreshments and a relaxed atmosphere before the celebration formally begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 PM. We kindly request that guests be seated by 3:25 PM. Out of respect for the flow of the ceremony, guests not seated 5 minutes prior will not be admitted into the ceremony area once the processional begins.

To preserve the sacred intimacy of our ceremony, we kindly request a phone free experience. Please refrain from photography or device use, allowing our professional photographer to capture the moment’s grace.

What is the dress code?

We envision timeless elegance. Ladies are kindly requested to wear floor length gowns in soft hues or delicate florals, and gentlemen to wear tuxedos or dark colored suits. We’d love for you to dress to the nines!

To maintain the delicate elegance of our day, we request an adults-only celebration (guests 18+), unless stated otherwise on your invitation.

Delight in a farm to table Italian countryside feast, served family-style with fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced locally, paired with fine wines. Kindly note dietary needs on your RSVP.
