We met at an indie short film movie festival at the old imperial theater in Augusta GA. I had recently moved into town for my new job and decided to give the dating app Bumble a try again! We met about a month after I moved to Augusta. We bonded over the silly movies and I kept prolonging the date and we ended up playing darts and having french fries because we both didn't want it to end. Neither of us thought we were going to stay in Augusta I initially planned on only committing to two years to pay off my college back to the army and Tim thought the same about going back to his hometown after finishing his commitment to the Army in December. But after we met we changed our mind and have made Augusta our home and now have two dogs together!
