Are kids welcome?

Answer

No thank you, only a handful of “kids” that are family that are in the wedding party will be in attendance, as they are a part of the wedding ceremony. Please note names included on your RSVP online.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a block of hotel rooms, with 4 hotels to choose from based on your preference and budget. Please use our link or the phone number provided on the travel tab in order for the discount to apply and for it to apply to our room block. If you want to stay in a Disney hotel property that is not listed on our room block, you can still stay there and count towards our room block if you call the number we provided. We also included a few non Disney recommendations that are off property and more price friendly, but please note they are also further away from the property, and we cannot provide any transportation to non-Disney resorts.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. It is summer in Florida, so keep that in mind, don’t be uncomfortable. However, both the ceremony and reception are located indoors. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Let Gabe know ASAP, but we believe all the allergies are kept in mind already. But if we don’t know, of course please tell us and we’ll see what we can do! Of course, there will be many, many gluten free options, including a special treat :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the Grand Floridian does have parking, but most will not need it. The ceremony and reception are in the same general location, so no need to transport between those on your own. We are working on some private transportation only if you’re staying at a Disney resort to bring you to the ceremony, and from the ceremony to the reception.
