Gabrielle & Russ Like many good things in life, this story started with mutual friends. Gabrielle and Russ found themselves in joyful gatherings spending time together with friends, always excited when there were moments of time to spend catching up about life and what's new. There were always countless shared laughs and time together felt effortless. After years passing, we both reconnected after time spent away from one another in different parts of the country. There was an immediate spark just being able to converse about music, life, and changes happening in each other's lives. We both ended back up in the place we first met, eager to catch back up. From then on we began to fall more in love with one another. Over time our lives naturally wove together. Our friends and family became one another's friends and family. Trips across the country, weekend getaways or just nights spent watching movies at home, there was an immediate bond and sense of destined togetherness. Gabrielle became an amazing mother to Frank, quickly becoming her favorite human (despite Russ's protests), and shortly thereafter we moved in with one another, got our own place, and welcomed another family member in Bruce into the fold. We created a family and life together. After 6 years of time spent building this life and family together, we got engaged exactly as we wanted. Simple, meaningful, and full of love.
