Is there a dress code?
Answer
For women, cocktail dresses, midi or maxi styles, or elevated sets. For men, suits or dress shirts with slacks- sport coats are welcome, and ties are optional. Most of all, have fun with it and wear something you feel great in! Since the celebration is outdoors, we recommend choosing footwear suitable for grass or uneven ground and bringing a light layer for the evening. Check out the inspiration above!

How to I get to bayview?
Answer
The drive into Bayview can be a bit tricky. Once you turn onto Clairpointe from Jefferson, the road will lead you straight to the gate. If the gate is closed, simply pull up close and it will open automatically.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes, please check out the travel page recs! Since this is a local wedding for most, we do not have a room block. Hotels are booking fast this particular weekend!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We will have a Sprinter Van pick up from the Shinola Hotel at 4:30 PM. If you'd like to use it, please let us know in advance to ensure proper headcount!

Can I bring a date?

Due to the space of this venue and planning limitations, we’re only able to celebrate with the guests included on each invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Are kids welcome?

Due to the waterfront setting and evening environment, we’re only able to accommodate children who are part of the wedding party. As much as we love your little ones, we felt this was the safest option. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Your presence is truly the greatest gift to us, and we do not expect gifts at all. We’re simply grateful to celebrate with the people we love most. For those who have asked, we’ll also have the option to contribute toward our honeymoon in place of a traditional registry.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Since this is mostly outdoor wedding, we’re hoping for beautiful weather. If anything unexpected comes up, we may need to move portions indoors. While not our ideal plan, we truly appreciate your flexibility and will update this page- we’re excited to celebrate together no matter what.
