We met not long after the world finally started opening back up post-COVID, when everyone was just learning how to socialize again. Megan asked Gab if she wanted to grab dinner, and the rest was history. Our very first date was at a hibachi restaurant — which just so happened to be Gab’s favorite (talk about fate). We spent the evening chatting, laughing, and getting to know each other’s quirks, likes, and dislikes. Somehow, Gab even convinced Megan to try the house salad with ginger dressing. For those who know Megan, trying new foods isn’t exactly her thing — but with Gab’s encouragement, she gave it a chance. And surprise, she loved it! To this day, Gab is still finding ways to get Megan to expand her palate (though Megan still says salmon is a maybe at best). Over the years, our relationship has grown through supporting each other’s goals, celebrating milestones, and traveling to new places together. From spontaneous road trips to pumpkin patches, we’ve loved creating memories big and small. Each year our bond has only gotten stronger, and we continue building a life full of laughter, love, and the little moments that mean the most. What started as a simple dinner turned into our forever — and we couldn’t be more excited to share the next chapter with all of you.
