What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The Dress Code is FORMAL For the ladies: Midi or Floor Length Dresses ( Think Fancy or Cocktail ) For the men: Suit, Slacks, Button Down Shirts ( Tie Optional ) Please no Denim or Khakis

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you please arrive to the ceremony at 4:00pm sharp.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue.

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the wedding venue site.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love all of your kids, but we’re keeping the wedding adults only. That said, we understand there are a few babies being born early 2026, so children under one are welcome, as well as the children who are part of the wedding party. We hope you understand and appreciate your support!

Have you booked Hotel Blocks for Guests?

Answer

Yes, we have! Just a little over 3 miles away from the venue, we have blocked rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn and a second location about 7 miles away, Doubletree by Hilton Livermore. You can find the information and booking links on our travel page. Mention the Stevens-Gilbert Wedding when you call.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with each of you! We’re keeping our guest list small and meaningful, so we hope you’ll understand that we’re unable to extend plus ones. Your invitation has been carefully written to reflect who we are able to accommodate and share our wedding day with. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate together — having you there means the world to us!

Where should I sit?

Answer

The first two rows on each side will be reserved for immediate family members. Beyond those rows, please feel free to sit wherever you like — there are no designated sides.
