We recommend arriving at 6:00pm to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled before the festivities begin!
We kindly ask that you put away your phones and cameras during the ceremony and be fully present with us in the moment. Our photographer will be capturing the day, and we can't wait to share those memories with you afterward. Once the ceremony concludes, feel free to take and share photos throughout the reception!
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be primarily an adults-only celebration. Guests whose children are invited were notified on their invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
Yes! Shuttles for hotel guests to the venue will depart promptly at 5:30pm. If you plan to take the shuttle please be at the hotel entrance by 5:15pm allowing time to board the bus. RETURNS: There will be transportation from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the reception at Midnight and also after the after party at 1:00AM
Yes! Complimentary valet parking will be available.
We wish we could invite everyone, but our venue has a strict capacity and we can only host the individuals listed on the formal invitation. We promise you'll be in great company!
