We’re getting married!

James and Gabi met when they were young teenagers working at mcdonalds in Minot, ND. It wasnt love at first. It started out as a friendship between co workers. In the fall of 2008 Gabi finally knew she had to ask out this boy she had a crush on. She invited him to go roller blading at the park, and he accepted. On september 26th, 2008 James asked Gabi to make it official and be his girlfriend.

James inlisted the help of Gabis friend Amy to not only photograph the proposal but help set it up. It was a sunday evening and after a day of looking at wedding vendors at a bridal show (because they both knew they wanted to get married this year) james told Gabi they were going to go to innsomnia cookies downtown. Gabi got a warm cookie and james suggested they take a walk. Now Gabi thought it was weird because it was cold but Janes insisted so she went. They walked over to the Fargo theater which was all lite up with lights inviting people in just like any old fashioned theater. Laying on the ground outside the theater was real pink and red rose petals. Gabi knew something was up when she saw those. James held her hands and told her how much he loved her and got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Of course she said yes!!
