Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is "garden formal," i.e. formal attire but keeping in mind this is outdoors in October so please plan your footwear and outerwear accordingly!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 12:30pm sharp. We ask you please arrive at 12pm. We will have a light refreshment station for you as well.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We are having a cocktail hour, family-style brunch, and dessert. If you have any allergies we can make sure we have a few items set aside for you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, we will have parking passes at our welcome station that you can add to your car. However, we strongly recommend ubers/taxis if you choose to enjoy libations.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Due to the busy activity in the region during time of the year, we were unable to secure hotel blocks. Our wedding is on Sheep and Wool Festival in Rhinebeck. We highly encourage you to find accommodations north of Rhinebeck to avoid being stuck in the substantial traffic it causes (Germantown, Clermont, Hudson, Athens). Our afterparty will be located in Athens NY.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We were unable to secure hotel blocks given the busy season in the area so a shuttle did not make sense. However, we want everyone to enjoy themselves and we highly encourage you to use a taxi or uber should you choose to enjoy libations. We will also have a shuttle to the afterparty, which again makes the taxi/uber option more favorable.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we are not able to accommodate them at our wedding reception. We hope you understand! If you need assistance securing childcare, we are more than happy to help solicit some options.
