The suggested attire is elegant cocktail. We are encouraging our gals to wear either cocktail dresses, longer summer inspired gowns, or elegant jumpsuits. For our guys, we kindly ask you wear either a suit and tie or a blazer. Have fun with it and come ready to dance!
Yes, we will have transportation from the SpringHill Suites Quakertown to the Lake House Inn (~20 minute drive) to the ceremony location. We will also have transportation after the reception and after the after party from the Lake House Inn to the SpringHill Suites. If you prefer, Uber is also available.
Yes and no. While the Lake House Inn does not have a sufficient parking lot space, there will be staff to help guide you to the parking lot. The parking lot is at the St Peter Tohickon UCC church (this is not the ceremony location) and we will have shuttles running from this lot to the venue.
The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor and the reception will be indoors. They are all held at the Lake House Inn. Girls, please feel free to wear your stilettos, but be aware that you will have to walk (a very short distance) on grass. The ceremony seats will be on grass but there are stone pathways all around the venue.
Please use your RSVP card to make us aware of any food allergies or restrictions. We have a great caterer who takes this very seriously and can accomodate any needs.
