MAY I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions at gabrielle7ho@gmail.com.

MAY I BRING MY KIDS?

Answer

While we love all the babies and kids, this is an adult-only wedding and we want our wedding to be your night off! Hire a babysitter and be prepared to dance the night away!

WHERE IS THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at The Market at Grelen, located just 30 minutes outside of downtown Charlottesville, Virginia. The address is: 15091 Yager Rd, Somerset, VA 22972.

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes, parking is offered, however, our venue is out in the country and there is little to no cellular service. It can be really difficult to navigate your way to our venue with or without GPS, and especially after nightfall. More importantly, due to safety and liability concerns of hosting an event in the country, we are offering shuttle service for our guests to and from the venue, and we strongly encourage all of our guests to use the transportation we're providing. Two buses will depart from The Courtyard by Marriott to our venue, and they will pick up guests to return to the hotel at the end of the reception. We will update with detailed times as we approach our wedding day!

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE CEREMONY?

Yes, we are offering shuttle service for our guests to and from the venue, and we strongly encourage all of our guests to use the transportation we're providing. We will update with detailed times on shuttle bus departures closer to the wedding day!

WILL THE WEDDING BE TAKING PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will both take place outside. Virginia can be chilly in early May evenings, so you may want to pack a light jacket or shawl. The reception will be in a uniquely covered clear-top tent.
