Christabelle will be Gabrielle’s matron of honor! As Gabrielle has gotten older, her and Christa’s bond has gotten closer and stronger! So lucky to get to have a sister that is also her best friend in life! Christa is a role model for Gabrielle, one of her biggest supporters, someone she can call no matter what, and the best sister and friend all in one! From going dancing together, traveling, going to dance competitions, concerts, or just hanging out at home talking or watching bravo together, they always have so much fun with whatever they’re doing! Gabrielle is so honored and excited to have her big sister be her matron of honor!

Eric Peterson

Best Man

Eric is Darren’s older brother and will be the best man! Over the years Eric and Darren have had an evolving relationship. When the two were younger they were very close and have been able to carry that through to the adult years. Eric lives on the other side of the state so we don’t get to see one another very often, however, I can assure you that there will be a good belly laugh when they are in each other’s company. Golfing, cooking, and watching sports with a couple of beers are some of the things these two enjoy doing together. Darren is privileged to welcome Eric as his Best Man.

Best friend to the bride since 2007! Jennifer is Gabrielle’s longest and dearest friend! Jennifer and Gabrielle met in middle school and have grown up together, been inseparable, and have been best friends going through all phases of life together! Through preteen years, teenage years, 20s, now going through 30s together!! From watching their favorite movies together to seeing their favorite artist together (swifties for life!) they share an incredible and supportive bond and friendship! Best friends forever!! A few fun facts about Jennifer are she is an incredible writer, she has a cat named Hamilton after her favorite show, and she currently works in the film industry in Seattle! We are so excited to have Jennifer standing with us on our special day! Our day wouldn’t be the same without Jennifer standing up there with Gabrielle!

Garrett Hughes

Groomsman

A great friend since the middle school days, we are excited to have Garrett as a groomsman. Darren met Garrett back in the day on the outdoor basketball court. The two played baseball and tennis together in high school as their friendship grew. These days you might find these guys on the slopes shredding the gnar and finding some freshies on their snowboards. Garrett is also an avid watcher of the show Survivor and is a passionate Mariner’s fan. We are so happy to have him standing up there on our special day.

Dacia Bukoskey

Bridesmaid

Best friend to the bride for almost 7 years now, we are so excited to have Dacia be a bridesmaid and part of our day!! The first night Dacia and Gabrielle met they immediately clicked and became inseparable! Of course the first conversation was talking about and bonding over their childhood dogs! They have such a special friendship always there for each other through thick and thin! From just hanging out being on their phones to going to concerts they always have the best time! Some fun facts about Dacia! She is an esthetician and does incredible work owning her own spa! She also is an animal lover and such a great animal parent to all of the animals! They always all love her! We can’t wait for her to be part of our special day!

Kyler Rose

Groomsman

A great friend as far back as I can remember. Darren and Kyler grew up as neighbors together and happened to become great friends. The two of them bonded over sports, videogames, and music among other things. It’s always a great time trying new restaurants and breweries with Kyler as he is always looking to try new things. Don’t be surprised if one day you see Kyler on the cover of Wine Enthusiast as an up-and-coming sommelier. Kyler is one of Darren's oldest friends and we are honored to have him in our wedding.

Blakely Bernard

Flower Girl

The bride and groom’s oldest niece will be one of our flower girls! Blakely is 11 with a passion for dancing as she is in multiple dance classes a week, competitions, and different shows. Even when she isn’t at a dance show or class she’s at home dancing or wherever she is, you’ll always find her dancing! She will be walking our flower pup Phoebe down the aisle. We can’t wait for her to be a part of our big day, dance the night away and celebrate with us!

James Pawliuk

Ring Bearer

James is the bride and groom’s oldest nephew and will be showing his little brother how to be an awesome ring bearer. James is quite an artist. He loves to draw, paint, and build things which helps him explore his creative side. Sometimes when James is bored of coloring between the lines, he creates his own drawings to color! He is also probably the most knowledgeable person when it comes to facts about dinosaurs. We are so happy to have James as ring bearer.

Rilynn Bernard

Flower Girl

Rilynn is the bride and grooms youngest niece! Rilynn is 7 and also has a passion for dancing, she loves to draw just like aunt Gabrielle, and loves animals! She will be our other flower girl and will walk our flower pup Whinney down the aisle! We are so excited for her to be a flower girl and be with us on our special day!

Jackson Pawliuk

Ring Bearer

Jackson is the bride and groom’s youngest nephew. He turned 5 this past may and like his brother he also has a passion for art. He loves painting and trying to compete with his older brother James. Jackson has an infectious smile so be careful because it might get you too. We are so glad to have him as a ring bearer!

Whinney

Flower Pup

Whinney is one of our flower pups! Rilynn will be walking her down the aisle! Gabrielle has had Whinney for over 7 years and had to include her in the day. Whinney may have a little bit of a hard time walking down the aisle as she is now fully blind but she is just as silly, sweet, cute, and crazy as ever! We love our Whinney and so happy we could make her part of our day!

Phoebe

Flower Pup

Phoebe will be one of our flower pups! Gabrielle found her outside of her old work abandoned and chased her to rescue her! She’s been with her 5 years now and has fit right into and completed our little family! She’s a shy but goofy little girl and we are so excited we could have her be a part of our day!

Steven Skorupa

Giving Away the Bride

Gabrielle's brother, Steven will be walking her down the aisle! They have become so close as they have gotten older, their bond has become unbreakable, they have gone through so much together and always have been there for each other. Before Gabrielle even knew she was getting engaged she always knew she would want her brother to walk her down the aisle. We are so happy and so delighted Steven will be a part of our special day!

Isaac Vasquez

Officiant

Isaac is a friend to Both the bride and the groom. He knew Darren from working with him and he knew Gabrielle through her cousin Kelly. Gabrielle also worked with and was good friends with Isaac's late wife, Jenney. Without Jenney and Isaac introducing us, we would not have met. We are so thankful for them both and their friendship! It means the world to us both! We are so honored to have Isaac marry us!
