Things To Do

The venue is in Blue Springs, MO which is east of Kansas City. There are plenty of hotels near the venue however if you are looking to enjoy the food/sights in the area we would recommend staying in Kansas City. For those staying in the city or wanting to explore a little bit, here is our list. It starts with activities, then goes into coffee, BBQ, brunch, restaurants, and then finally great places to get a drink. For those who will be in town on Friday, 10/18 Cory and I will be going to Cornucopia: KC's Ultimate Fall Festival at Power and Light at 4PM to meet up with folks and do some exploring. This is a free-to-attend/family-friendly event with music, a petting zoo, carnival rides, and shopping vendors. Following that we will be going to Percheron rooftop bar and restaurant at 7pm for dinner and drinks. We may move to another bar following that depending on how we are feeling but there are plenty of recommendations below for you all to check out with or without us!
