Corey and I were attending the same college at the time, Eastern Kentucky University where we had Chem 101 together. Me being the studious one, would always sit up front and arrive to class at least 10 minutes before the professor began lecturing. Every Tuesday, Corey would arrive right at 10:00 on the dot and would head to the back of the room to hear the lecture. Every week, I would notice this cute guy walking to the back of the lecture hall. 

At that time, I lived on the sorority floor with my three good friends. Each Tuesday, I would come back from chemistry and tell them how smitten I was over this guy who was in my chem class. 

Sadly, the semester progressed and I never got the nerves to introduce myself. 

However, being known as the Tinder Queen at the time, I was swiping through guys on my Tinder profile when I came across Corey. I instantly swiped right and knew I had to message him. 

After sending him a gif and causally talking, we decided to go on a few dates including his fraternity date party. 

It didn’t take long for us to realize, we complimented each other. Throughout the rest of our college career, we became inseparable going to fraternity/sorority events, traveling to our hometowns and making memories with our golden retriever, Bo. 

I knew without a doubt that Corey was the one I wanted to spend forever with. After college, we both moved to NKY and have made such wonderful memories together. I can’t imagine my life without Corey and I can’t wait to finally call him my husband! Here’s to forever!
