We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code is Black Tie, a formal attire. For ladies, floor-length dresses or tea-length evening gowns are preferred. For gentlemen, black suits or tuxedos are preferred. While we love your little ones, this is an adults-only event with the exception of those within the wedding party. We encourage our guests to use this as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.
The ceremony at Sweetest Heart of Mary will start promptly at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM to ensure you are seated on time.
Ceremony Parking: The Sweetest Heart of Mary Church has a spacious parking lot in the back, and the best part is, parking is free! Cocktail / Reception Parking: Valet Parking at the Book Tower, Nearby Hotel Valet, or Parking Garages - Detroit City Apartment Garage
Mostly Indoors! The celebration will take place primarily indoors. During cocktail hour, you'll have the option to step outside and enjoy the rooftop—but otherwise, all festivities will be held inside!

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you!
