Gabrielle and Boris met at the Hewlett High School cafeteria. Gabrielle was behind Boris on the lunch line and gave him a tap on the shoulder to get his attention. They became instant best friends throughout high school and the rest is history.

After 4 years at separate colleges in different states, Boris graduated from Carnegie Mellon and moved back to New York. The first thing he thought to do was to message Gabrielle who was finishing up at Long Island University. When Boris first saw Gabrielle after all these years, he was bitten by the love bug. They started dating soon after and have been together ever since.

The Place: Top of the Rock Observation Deck - New York City Boris had a plan. They went to their favorite Spanish restaurant called Amada for dinner. After some tapas and wine, it was very hard for Boris to contain his excitement. He was so concerned for the time and when they would arrive at the observation deck. Gabrielle kept reassuring Boris that they would make it on time unaware of what was to come. When they finally made their way to the top, they began taking in the beautiful views of the NYC skyline. As Gabrielle began snapping photos and admiring the majestic Empire State Building, Boris got down on his knee and asked Gabrielle to marry him. Gabrielle teared up and happily accepted, of course!
