Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a room block at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica; we ask that all adult guests reserve a room under that room block. Guests will be able to book with a one-night deposit and have free cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival. Those traveling with children, we recommend staying at their sister property Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is an adult-only resort, the ceremony and reception are kid-friendly. We would love to celebrate with family and friends regardless of age.

What is included in the all-inclusive plan?

Answer

Unlimited dining, drinks (including premium brands), snacks, 24-hour room service, activities, and Wi-Fi are all part of the Pueblo Bonito all-inclusive plan. Access to sister resorts in Los Cabos or Mazatlán is also included, along with complimentary shuttle service between the properties.

Can I drink the tap water at the resort?

Answer

You can drink the tap water, but if you have a sensitive stomach or prefer to be extra cautious you can easily request or use bottled water provided by the resort for all your needs.

Is the beach swimmable?

Answer

The beach at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and PB Sunset Beach are not swimmable due to strong currents, but complimentary shuttles are available to Pueblo Bonito Rose or Blanco on Medano Beach; where the water is calm and swimmable.

Does the resort accept US Dollars?

Answer

Yes, Pueblo Bonito accepts U.S. dollars and also offers currency exchange at the front desk.

We are only able to accommodate guest that are listed on the invitation. Please reach out if you have any questions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive 30 minutes early to insure there are no delays.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There are free shuttles available by the property to transport guests to the ceremony and reception venues. Please allow adequate time for transportation.

What should I know about the welcome bonfire?

Answer

The bonfire will be located on the beach (please bring appropriate footwear). An open bar will be available as well as smore's for a late-night dessert, we recommend eating a dinner at one of the many restaurants available to you prior to the event. Please dress in white for this event!

When will the bride & groom be at the resort?

Answer

We plan to arrive Monday, May 10th to spend some time together before guests arrive and finalize any last-minute details with the resort. We will head home Monday, May 17th.
